Delete my account

This page is for the KiKK learning app by KnoW Infoverse. You can delete your KiKK account here at any time. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Choose Student / Parent or Teacher below.
Type the registered mobile number and 6-digit PIN.
Tick the box that says you understand, then tap Delete my account.

Inside the app you can also go to Menu → Delete my account.

What happens:

Deleted right away: your profile (name, class, school, district and other details), your login, and your leaderboard places.
Deleted within 30 days: your quiz results, homework photos, voice notes and teacher corrections.
Results from games played together in class by a teacher may stay in the school's class records without your phone number.

Forgot your PIN or need help? Message us on WhatsApp our WhatsApp number or email our support email, with the registered mobile number, and we will help or delete the account for you.
